Biography
Miriam Marenco is a Lead Associate at the Law Offices of Patrick L. Cordero, P.A. She is the head bankruptcy attorney overseeing bankruptcy cases filed by our firm. Ms. Marenco focuses primarily on representing debtors in Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in Miami.
She has vast experience representing debtors at every stage of the bankruptcy process — including defending motions, objecting to Chapter 13 plan confirmations, objecting to discharge, evidentiary hearings, negotiations with trustees and creditors, and appellate procedures.
Ms. Marenco is dedicated to excellence in client representation. She is passionate about helping clients protect their rights and achieve effective solutions to their financial burdens. Her extensive experience combined with her genuine desire to make a difference in clients' lives has helped thousands of people overcome difficult circumstances and achieve a fresh start. In her personal time, Ms. Marenco enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Ms. Marenco graduated with honors from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Political Science. She earned her law degree from Florida International University. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
