Biography
Marianela Luporini, Esq. was born in Rosario, Argentina and came to Miami, Florida when she was 10 years old. She graduated with honors from Miami-Dade College with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2014, then pursued a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University, graduating in 2018.
During her time at St. Thomas Law, Marianela received multiple Dean's List honors and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in both Florida Constitutional Law and Florida Civil Practice. She interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office, where she fell more deeply in love with the profession and the study of law.
She dedicated her last year of law school to providing over 200 hours of pro-bono work at the Department of Children and Families, receiving St. Thomas's Pro-Bono Commendation Certificate in recognition for her outstanding service. After law school, her focus turned to property foreclosure and bankruptcy, where she quickly became skilled — and now works in the largest consumer-bankruptcy firm in Florida.
