Biography
Jannette Pineiro is a beloved local immigration attorney based in Miami. Prior to coming to the United States, she practiced law in Cuba, receiving her JD degree from the University of Havana in 1993. After immigrating, she studied at the University of Miami and earned her LLM in International Comparative Law in 2009.
While attending law school in Miami, Ms. Pineiro clerked for the Honorable Judge Frank Shepherd of the Third District Court of Appeal as part of her judicial internship in 2016. She graduated and received her JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016. She is licensed in Florida and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Pineiro is a proud member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and the National Immigration Project.
